Four rooms, four characters

The bedrooms

Rooms completely renovated in 2024, creating large bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. The doors are copies of an antique French door, made by hand by a master carpenter.

The lighting is soft and placed to create atmosphere, or to light the room brightly when needed.

Suite 1

Poesia e quiete

The first room you meet on entering, and the most restrained of the three: a geometric pattern behind the bed, an armchair under the lamp and an antique writing desk.

Made for those who come to Rome for work as well. The choice for anyone seeking quiet or wanting to work at a computer. It has a small balcony, useful for anyone who wishes to smoke.

It has two single beds, larger than usual, which on request can be joined into a queen-size double. Private en-suite bathroom, with walls and floor finished in special troweled resins, where contrasting colours wrap the room in very pleasant tones.

Room 2 · the living room

Il piacere di stare insieme

If the whole apartment has not been booked, the living room — sofa, designer table and chairs, bookcase, and a wall with a tropical lagoon that welcomes you — is a shared space available to guests.

If instead it has been booked together with the whole apartment, or paired with one of the three suites, it can become a comfortable double bedroom: simply lower the bed housed in the cabinet above the sofa, adding two more beds. In this case the cost of this room is 35 € per person per day.

From the living room you reach a balcony, shaded from the sun by a roller blind, set up for a break or a cigarette.

Available exclusively in combination with one of the three suites, or with the whole apartment.

Suite 3

Serenità e allegria

Corals behind the bed welcome and surprise guests. It is the largest of the three suites and has its own private entrance, used as an ante-bathroom and walk-in wardrobe.

Whoever sleeps here neither disturbs nor is disturbed: this is why we recommend it paired with the living room when there are four of you, so that whoever is in the living room can use the bathroom without disturbing the person in the bedroom.

Here too the large queen bed can be split into two big single beds. The bathroom, finished with the same resins, creates an atmosphere that, thanks also to the colours used, recalls the nineteen-thirties.

Suite 4

Armonia e sogno

A wall painted with herons in flight, behind the bed, gives the room a sense of peace, a good omen for a pleasant sleep.

Soft greens, reflected light, and a handy switch to turn everything off from the bed. Here the double bed cannot be split.

Troweled resins in this bathroom too, in colours that blend pleasantly: a soft light behind marble-effect printed glass creates an evocative atmosphere, while a second, daylight-effect light is there for when you need to see clearly.

The shared spaces

The rest of the apartment

The kitchen is entirely at the guests' disposal and fully equipped: for breakfast or for something more ambitious, according to the imagination, the time and the enthusiasm of whoever uses it.

The laundry corner

Robot vacuum, washing machine and dryer, a corner for washing and everything needed for cleaning, available to guests.

“Mi è piaciuto tutto, a partire dalla cordialità e disponibilità del proprietario. La camera bellissima, con tutti i confort e molto accogliente; anche le aree comuni davano il calore di casa propria. Se tornerò a Roma sarà la prima struttura che andrò a cercare.”

Before you book

Frequently asked questions

How many people can sleep in the house?

Up to 8. Each of the three suites sleeps two; the other two beds come from turning the living room into a double bedroom, lowering the bed housed in the cabinet above the sofa. The whole apartment is priced for 6 people: for 7 or 8 there is a supplement of 35 € per person per day.

Can I book a suite if someone has already taken the apartment?

No. The two exclude each other: a booked apartment means the suites are unavailable, and a booked suite means the apartment is unavailable. The calendar updates by itself.

If there are children around two years old, is there a cot for them?

Yes, on request and at no extra cost: we will have a cot ready in the room you choose. Please let us know as early as possible so we can have everything prepared.

Is smoking allowed?

Only on the balcony of room 1, Poesia e quiete, and on the living room terrace.

Can the beds be separated?

In rooms 1 and 3 yes: the two large single beds can be joined into a queen size or left apart. In rooms 2 and 4 the double bed cannot be separated. Please let us know as soon as possible what you would like to find, so we can meet your request.

May I use the kitchen?

Yes, it is entirely at your disposal and fully equipped: oven, induction hob, dishwasher, automatic coffee machine, still and sparkling water and basic cooking ingredients. There are plates and cutlery in three colours, so each suite can have its own, and in the fridge we have set aside a compartment for each suite, so nobody is in doubt about what is theirs. We only ask that you respect the other guests by tidying up and leaving things clean after use.

Is there a check-in time?

Entry is completely self-service, so after 3 pm you can arrive whenever you like. If you have different needs let us know: we will try to allow an early check-in or a late check-out at no charge.

Is the house accessible to people with reduced mobility?

Only in part: there is a lift, stairwell B, up to the third floor, but reaching it means climbing 8 steps.

Is the tourist tax included?

No, it is added separately: 6 € per person per day.

Where can I park?

Every street in the neighbourhood has paid garages, at more competitive rates than other areas of Rome.
